The creation of I Consultation was inspired by our desire to be a search firm that is truly about the human element. People matter deeply to us and we place great importance on treating them well. I Consultation is a generalist search firm partnering with clients in the manufacturing, services and non-profit sectors. Handling search assignments across all functional areas (with technology and IT mandates handled by Technologie Delan), the majority of our mandates identify talent at the mid and senior management level, as well as specialized professionals.

I Consultation provides counsel that address current business practices and preoccupations. Organizations face a myriad of challenges today – globalization, the desire to be socially responsible, an engagement to be 'green', a shortage of talent – and we’re committed to our role as their business partner, helping them attract and retain talent that makes a difference for their organization.
